![]() ![]() If the library is for Kontakt 6, it will ask me to confirm the changes but the library does not appear in the tabs. I add libraries in the cracked Kontakt 5.6 as instructed, they appear in the side tab. I'm not 100% on this as I've never bothered to run the risk of updating and losing access to all my libraries since I have work in progress which includes the libraries. But ever since the Native Access feature was added I cannot get any of my libraries to run on newer cracked versions of Kontakt. ![]() Lastly, my understanding is that later versions are slightly more complex since Native Instruments introduced the NI service centre (or similar) whereby libraries must be downloaded via their client to be certified. If your library doesn't contain one, you'll have to load in each patch manually for that library, which is usually the kind of library I stay clear of. Secondly, I run v5.6.6 on Mac which means I can put my libraries wherever I want, click "add to library" in the software and select the destination folder and that's it, done! The important file is labelled ".ninct", which is what Kontakt will search for when adding libraries. If it has not been installed correctly or you simply install the free trial version, there'll be a "Kontakt Player" logo when you load up the software, you don't want it to display "Player". First of all, you need to run a cracked version of Kontakt. ![]()
